FBG, part of the APM Group, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Workplace Psychosocial Safety Service (WPSS) program for Victorian Government schools. This large-scale, fast-paced initiative is in its second year of a multi-year contract.
This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating high-quality service delivery. You will provide end-to-end administrative, reporting, and operational support. Working closely with the Project Manager and Lead Consultants, you will ensure service delivery activities are well-organised, accurately documented, and align with program timelines and stakeholder requirements.
This is a hands-on coordination role with accountability for managing centralised communications, scheduling, reporting, data integrity, and administrative processes essential for successful program delivery at scale. The role is for an initial 12 months with a possible extension, working 3 days per week.
