Project & Contracts Administrator (Part-Time | 15–25 Hours per Week)
Adelaide Landscape Construction is seeking an organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support within a dynamic environment. This part-time role is based on-site in St Agnes.
Salary: $36 – $46 per hour Work Type: Part-time Location: St Agnes
This position involves close collaboration with Project Managers, the Estimating team, Site Supervisors, and the Business Manager, contributing significantly to the successful execution of commercial landscape construction projects. The role offers a diverse range of tasks, from preparing project documentation and managing contract administration to engaging with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring projects remain organised, compliant, and progress effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers in the administration of commercial construction projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate contract administration, including purchase orders, variations, compliance, and progress claims.
- Maintain precise project records, correspondence, and document control.
- Assist with project scheduling, purchase orders, and project reporting.
- Engage professionally with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Estimating and Project Management teams with daily project administration.
- Assist the Business Manager with day-to-day business administration and ISO obligations.
- Contribute to project handovers, close-out documentation, and defect management.
- Uphold Adelaide Landscape Construction's quality, safety, and management systems.
About You:
- Previous experience in project administration, contract administration, or construction administration is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills are required.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary; experience with MYOB, Procore, Payapps, or similar is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
