The Role: You will join a capable, collaborative team with clear expectations and readily available support. This role provides the opportunity to manage projects from early design through to delivery, with a particular focus on apartment and mixed-use developments, while also maintaining exposure to a diverse range of project sectors. You will work closely with senior leaders who are accessible and engaged, value considered input, and trust experienced Project Managers to take ownership of their work. The business operates with a flat structure and minimal hierarchy, enabling efficient decision-making. - A degree in property, engineering, architecture, or construction.
