Linkforce, a privately owned, people-first contractor with operational hubs across Australia, is seeking a Projects & Document Control Support to join its Projects Division. Operating from the Perth Head Office on a full-time basis, the role supports major clients in the mining, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, and defence sectors. The Role The Projects & Document Control Support will provide day-to-day administrative support to Project teams. Responsibilities include:
- Document management, reporting, and invoicing follow-ups.
- Coordinating meetings and communications.
- Supporting project coordination through onboarding new starters at Head Office.
- Maintaining systems and records such as org charts and matrices.
- Assisting with workload distribution.
- Liaising with stakeholders, drafting communications, and building cross-functional working relationships.
- Managing project documentation, transmittals, and workflows.
- Ensuring accurate version control, timely distribution, and compliance with company and client standards.
- Assisting with contractor onboarding and mobilisation, including system setup, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records.
What You Will Need The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in project support or exposure to project delivery, from tender through to close out.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular ability to produce accurate reporting in Excel.
- Proficiency in document management systems such as InEight, Aconex, or QDMS is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in demanding site environments.
- Experience working with contractors in the mining/resources sector and across office and site environments is desirable.
