Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Maintain emergency signage and procedures across all sites.
- Ensure office equipment (excluding IT) is functional and well-maintained.
- Support the Property Lead and serve as the secondary point of contact for after-hours security.
- Manage mail functions and meeting room setups for Board and Executive meetings.
- Assist with stakeholder events and promote Bank Australia’s sustainability commitments.
- Manage head office access passes, including settings, procedures, and enquiries.
