Your Day Will Involve:

• Leading your team to deliver an experience Like No Other for our customers.
• Sharing your passion for beauty with your team and customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Delivering personalised treatments and service to achieve commercial objectives.
• Empowering customers to look and feel their best through team collaboration.
• Building a returning clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

What You Will Need to Thrive:

• A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
• The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including some late nights and weekends.
• Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
