Reception/Administration Officer - Part time (minimum 4 days)
Kids Are Kids! Therapy & Education Centre Inc is a community-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering quality therapy services that support children and their families.
This part-time position, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week, is based onsite at our Bateman location. The role will involve working across both our Bateman and Armadale premises.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our very busy administration team. As a primary point of contact for Kids Are Kids!, a genuine interest in supporting children and families facing life challenges is essential. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Criteria:
- Proven interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative support within a busy office setting.
- High-level proficiency in managing Microsoft Outlook calendars.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to learn on the job and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- High ability to multitask, manage interruptions, and provide assistance to the clinical team as needed.
- Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Capacity to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
- A professional and positive approach and demeanour.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate respectfully with clinical staff, clients, and community stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. Previous experience with Xero and Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Experience with invoicing and data entry would also be an advantage.
- Experience within the health or disability industry (NDIS) is favourable.
