Receptionist

DWF (Australia) is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our Administrative Team in Sydney NSW. This is an onsite role.

In this key position, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service to customers, claimants, clients, and service providers. Working collaboratively within the Administration Team, your responsibilities will include managing incoming telephone enquiries, accurately recording call details in claims management systems, and supporting various internal and external client platforms. This role offers a diverse and fast-paced environment with a broad mix of client service, reception, and administrative duties, providing essential support across the business. Your effective communication, ability to manage competing priorities, and delivery of a high standard of service will foster positive experiences for clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Reception:
  • Answer incoming calls for the National team.
  • Create positive and lasting impressions for clients and their customers, both via phone and correspondence.
  • Provide feedback to Account Managers and clients on phone calls.
  • Make file notes in the claims database and files summarising phone calls.
  • Maintain logbooks and adhere to building security protocols.
  • Administrative Support - Technical:
  • Enter and open incidents and claims.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes.
  • Make clear file notes of phone conversations in the claims database.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Save emails and documents to the CRM database.
  • Supporting Goals and Vision:
  • Support the achievement of both personal and company goals and vision.
  • Support Administrative team members as required.
  • Demonstrate dedication to personal growth and development aligned with DWF values and behaviours.

Skills Required:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Computer skills – Word, Excel and an ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to prepare correspondence
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in a busy office environment with deadlines
