This Receptionist / Office Assistant role is crucial to Pragma Lawyers, serving as the firm's 'face'. The successful candidate will provide executive and administrative support across the office. Responsibilities include:
- Front-of-house duties such as answering telephones, maintaining meeting room tidiness, and greeting clients.
- Assisting with building management inquiries.
- Ordering weekly office supplies.
- Ensuring common areas are tidy, fully stocked, and orderly.
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
- Assisting with bookings and preparations for meetings and conferences.
- Professionally handling internal and external calls.
- Managing diaries and emails.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Assisting the team with general typing and administrative tasks as required.
- Formatting, proofreading, and finalising documentation.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced office administrator, preferably with over two years of experience, who enjoys administrative work and seeks long-term career progression within the firm.
About You:
To be considered, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Experience with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, and be comfortable learning new online management systems.
- A drive to take full 'ownership' of your role.
