TPIL Lawyers is a leading Queensland law firm with offices in Brisbane and Surfers Paradise. We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team.
The Role As the initial point of contact for clients, you will be integral to delivering exceptional client service and supporting the firm's smooth operation.
Responsibilities include:
- Working one designated day per week, with potential for additional casual hours to cover staff leave or support peak periods.
- Greeting clients and visitors professionally and welcomingly.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls and emails.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Managing daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Requesting information from various databases and government entities.
- Accurately profiling and managing documents within our electronic practice management system.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Ensuring the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Providing general administrative support to lawyers and legal staff.
About You You will possess:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Professional presentation and manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
