Plunkett Homes, a builder of West Australian dream homes for over 120 years, seeks a professional and personable Receptionist to represent the company. This onsite, full-time role is central to creating positive first impressions for clients, visitors, and suppliers, reflecting Plunkett Homes' established warmth and professionalism.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain an organised, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
  • Professionally and promptly answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Address customer enquiries directly or by referring them to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage calendar bookings and meeting room schedules for client, supplier, and staff meetings.
  • Undertake administrative duties including data entry, filing, and mail handling.
  • Perform general housekeeping of all office areas.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery stock.
  • Provide ad-hoc task support to internal teams.
  • There is an opportunity to assist with contract administration work and skill development.
