Receptionist

Shepparton Real Estate is seeking a Receptionist for a full-time, onsite position in Shepparton.

This role is ideal for an organised, friendly individual who enjoys being the initial point of contact. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to the team in a fun, fast-paced real estate office. The position suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, maintaining organisation, and contributing positive energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Managing the front desk to ensure the office operates smoothly.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
  • Maintaining accurate property, tenant, and landlord records.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties.
  • Managing office supplies and stock ordering.
  • Assisting with social media content and updates using Canva, CapCut, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and promoting listings and open homes.
  • Assisting with general office organisation and presentation.
  • Running errands as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
