About the Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in assisting individuals in finding meaningful employment and supporting organisations in developing strong teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both temporary and permanent positions.
  • Cultivating robust client and candidate relationships through trust and excellent service.
  • Utilising assessment tools and structured methodologies for efficient talent matching.
  • Collaborating with your team and the broader DFP network to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Contributing to DFP’s reputation for ethical, high-quality, people-first recruitment.
