P&N Bank is seeking an experienced leader to manage the performance of its branch network in Western Australia. This role involves leading Branch Managers and supporting branches across the region, focusing on business growth, sales, and service excellence within the organisation's risk and compliance framework. The position is based in the Perth corporate office and requires a willingness to travel throughout the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a service experience that exceeds member expectations.
• Address escalated member complaints promptly and to the member's satisfaction.
• Engage with internal service providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards as per SLAs/organisational benchmarks.
• Oversee sales outcomes for the area, aligning with the business plan and agreed KPIs.
• Devise, develop, and monitor the success of LAM initiatives and activities.
• Lead the team to achieve high sales performance while prioritising member experience.
• Ensure the organisational sales framework/techniques (Enrich) are embedded and maintained.
• Partner with the Mobile Lending team to develop third-party referral networks.
• Prepare and manage business plans and budgets.
• Manage and develop team members and oneself to align with organisational objectives.
• Ensure all staff complete relevant training, including online learning, within required timeframes.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a management-level retail banking role.
• Proven sales history operating within an agreed sales and service framework.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Personal resilience and adaptability.
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Proven and effective time management and coordination skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of banking products & services, procedures/processes, and compliance requirements.
• Certificate of Financial Services, or a related field, is desirable.
