JP Flynn Builders, a successful and well-established insurance building company with over 35 years of industry experience, is seeking a motivated Repair Coordinator to join its growing Escape of Liquid (EOL) Team. JP Flynn Builders is a highly respected insurance repair builder delivering residential repairs for many of Australia's leading insurance companies, priding itself on exceptional service and quality outcomes. This full-time, onsite position is based at either the Keilor Park or Oakleigh South office.

The Repair Coordinator will manage a portfolio of Escape of Liquid (EOL) insurance repair claims from commencement to completion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves coordinating repairs, maintaining accurate job records, and ensuring efficient work progress. This will be achieved through close collaboration with Estimators, Supervisors, Trades, and restoration providers. Regular communication with insurers and customers regarding updates and service delivery throughout the repair process is also a key responsibility.

Previous administration or repair coordination experience within the insurance building, construction, maintenance, restoration, or property industries is required. Experience with Escape of Liquid (EOL), water damage, or restoration claims will be highly regarded. A strong understanding of the insurance claims process is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident using computer systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where delivering exceptional customer service is a priority.
