Retail Administrator - Joondalup
Knight Frank is seeking a full-time Retail Administrator to join their national retail team in Joondalup. This onsite role will involve assisting in the management of a shopping centre portfolio across Perth, overseeing day-to-day administration, processing invoices, and maintaining presentation standards. The position is committed to gender pay equity.
The Role You will take ownership of the administration, presentation, and tenant engagement across three shopping centres, which have approximately 120 tenants. This role is key to ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering a positive experience for retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage retail administration and tenancy processes across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and high presentation standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving queries efficiently and building strong working relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration and compliance requirements, including insurances and bank guarantees, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Support marketing initiatives, tenant engagement activities, and trading performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver smooth operations and achieve key performance outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management.
- Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property), preferred.
- Real Estate License (Mandatory) and Current Driver’s Licence (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Shopping Centre operations.
- Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
- Background in retail environments such as customer service, store management or administration will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems, compliance processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current Western Australia Real Estate Licence, or a willingness to obtain one with support provided.
Experience in retail, including customer service, store support, or store management, will be highly beneficial.
