About the Role

As a member of the Branch Staff team at HVAC-R in St Leonards, you will be instrumental in assisting tradespeople and contractors in sourcing the products they require for their projects. Your responsibilities will also extend to tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of the branch.

Your Day-to-Day Activities

A typical day will involve:

• Providing customer service and product information.
• Generating quotes in person and over the phone.
• Performing pick-packing and stock control duties.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Conducting customer deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Engaging in continuous upskilling through tailored on-the-job training initiatives.
• Acquiring operational and commercial skills that form the foundation for future leadership positions.

• Possesses prior experience in retail sales or leadership, and enjoys assisting customers both in person and over the phone.
