About the Role Multiple casual positions are available, requiring flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. This role offers ongoing support and training within a friendly, professional retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a high level of customer service.
• Assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Promoting sales.
• Contributing to visual merchandising and inventory management.

Candidate Profile The successful applicant will possess:

• A strong focus on customer experience.
• A pleasant and outgoing disposition conducive to building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• High motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holiday periods.

Previous retail experience in fashion and/or footwear will be viewed favorably, but is not essential. Equestrian experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
