Our products are valued for their performance, style, and comfort. We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Assistant to join our team at Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore.

About the Role As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute enthusiasm, energy, and a customer-first approach to create an inviting store experience and support the team in achieving sales and service objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding suitable products.
• Cultivating strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Supporting merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Accurately processing sales and managing daily store operations.
• Contributing to a positive and high-performing store culture.

About You We are looking for an outgoing and reliable individual who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service within a team that celebrates achievements.

You will possess:

• A strong customer service focus and a positive attitude.
• Previous retail experience; fashion or footwear experience is preferred but not essential.
• A team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and during peak trading periods.
• A passion for quality products and assisting others.
• Equestrian experience is highly regarded but not essential.
