We carry Australia's most iconic brands, including KingGee, Hard Yakka, Steel Blue, Oliver, Blundstone, FXD, CAT, Rainbird, and Bolle, all known for their style, comfort, durability, and safety.

We are seeking a Retail Assistant who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers. This role is based in Yatala, allowing you to work close to home.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of face-to-face, phone, and email sales transactions.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensuring store presentation and merchandising standards are met.
• Addressing customer queries and complaints, and providing solutions.
• Performing opening and closing duties for the store.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and be flexible.
• High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm with an excellent team and big-picture focus.
• A positive, friendly, and outcome-focused approach.
• Self-motivation with the ability to use common sense and initiative.
• A hands-on "Doer" and "Finisher" attitude.
• Reliability and accuracy with a high level of integrity.
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 Retail experience.
