Our Goodna store is seeking a Full-time Retail Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

• Provide excellent customer service and sell a diverse range of products, including mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, and musical instruments.
• Build lasting customer relationships while working towards sales targets with colleagues.
• Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
• Assist customers by researching pricing and features of stock items to highlight Cash Converters' advantages.
• Introduce customers to Cash Converters online if the desired item is not available in-store.

About You

• Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• Possess a naturally friendly and welcoming demeanour, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Demonstrate an ability to think on your feet and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
• Enjoy creative merchandising of store displays and hot zones.
• Willingness to develop skills and knowledge across other Cash Converters store departments for career growth within the business.
