Cash Converters Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time, onsite Retail Assistant for its Liverpool store.

About the Role The Retail Assistant will provide excellent customer service and sell a wide variety of products, including mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, and musical instruments. Key responsibilities include:

• Building long-term customer relationships while working towards sales targets with colleagues.
• Negotiating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
• Assisting customers by researching pricing and features of stock items to highlight Cash Converters' offerings compared to competitors.
• Introducing customers to Cash Converters online if specific items are not available in-store.

About You

• Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
• A friendly and welcoming natural style, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to think on your feet and a natural problem-solving aptitude.
• Enjoyment in creatively merchandising store displays and hot zones.
• Willingness to develop skills and knowledge across different Cash Converters departments to facilitate growth within the business.
