The Opportunity We are seeking a Casual Retail Assistant for our Forrestdale location. This position is ideal for an individual who appreciates the significance of safety, possesses a positive disposition, and prioritises customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and helpful safety advice and service to customers.
• Maintain superior store presentation standards.
• Contribute to achieving store budgets.
• Undertake stock replenishment and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure a safe working environment is upheld.

About You

• Previous experience in a retail setting is required.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and provide solutions.
• Experience with a Point of Sale (POS) system is necessary.
• The capacity to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be honest and reliable.
