The Opportunity RSEA Safety is seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our Welshpool-based team. This position is well-suited for an individual with an understanding of safety's importance, a positive disposition, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and helpful safety advice and service to customers.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Contribute to achieving store budgets.
• Undertake stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained.

About You

• Previous retail environment experience is required.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
• The ability to problem-solve and implement solutions is necessary.
• Experience using a POS system is required.
• The capacity to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment is needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Honesty and reliability are required.
