We import premium products directly, ensuring exceptional quality and design for our clientele. With established operations in Sydney and Melbourne, we are seeking a creative, sales-focused Retail Assistant with a passion for marketing to join our team. This position will initially be based at our Wetherill Park store, with a subsequent transition to our new Auburn location on Parramatta Road.

About the Role

This is a multifaceted role that blends exceptional retail sales performance with practical marketing contributions. Beyond delivering outstanding in-store customer experiences, you will be involved in content creation, enhancing brand presence, and supporting promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximise sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently suggest solutions.
• Engage customers promptly to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and foster strong customer relationships.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI requirements.
• Assist with order fulfilment and customer collections.
• Undertake store opening and closing duties as needed.

Marketing & Content Responsibilities

• Create engaging in-store visual content (photos/videos) for social media.
• Contribute to content ideas and execution for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Support promotional campaigns, sales events, and new product launches.
• Identify market trends and propose creative strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with management to improve brand visibility and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in bulky goods retail and the ability to assist with lifting.
• A demonstrated interest or experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Proficiency in using platforms such as Capcut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• A results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong communication and sales closing abilities.
• A genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement and cultivating repeat business.
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Professional presentation and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Availability to commence employment immediately.
