About the Position As a member of the Trade Counter team in Berrimah, your role will involve assisting landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople in acquiring the necessary products for their outdoor projects. You will also perform other duties essential to the smooth operation of the branch.

Daily Responsibilities Your typical day will encompass:

• Delivering customer service and product information.
• Providing quotations in person and via telephone.
• Conducting order picking, packing, and stock control.
• Maintaining branch tidiness and safety.
• Performing occasional deliveries to clients using a company vehicle.

Candidate Profile We are seeking individuals who possess:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, with an enjoyment for assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
• The ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and ensure the accuracy of provided information.
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
• A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
