About the Role Joining the Trade Counter team in Canning Vale, you will assist plumbers and other tradespeople in sourcing necessary products for building and renovation projects. You will also contribute to other operational tasks that ensure the branch functions effectively.

Your Day-to-Day Activities A typical day will involve:

• Providing customer service and product information.
• Generating quotes, both in person and via telephone.
• Completing pick-packing and stock control duties.
• Maintaining the tidiness and safety of the branch.
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

What We're Looking For We are interested in candidates who:

• Possess prior experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure the accuracy of provided information.
• Are proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence and are available to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Have aspirations for career development, whether locally, within our broader network, or at head office.
