This is a distinct opportunity to be stationed at one of our high-performing training hubs. In this capacity, you will collaborate with branch leadership and the team to accelerate your knowledge acquisition. You will have the chance to become a proficient Trade Counter Assistant and potentially support other branches within the region to share your expertise.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and product information.
• Generate quotes for customers both in person and via telephone.
• Perform pick-packing and stock control tasks.
• Assist in maintaining branch tidiness and safety.
• Conduct customer deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Engage in ongoing skill development through tailored on-the-job training initiatives.

We are interested in candidates who possess:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, with an aptitude for assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• The ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and ensure the accuracy of provided information.
• Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.
• A clean, valid driver's licence.
• A desire to advance their career, either locally or within the wider company network.
