About the Role

Joining the Trade Counter team in Coburg, you will assist plumbers and other tradespeople in acquiring the necessary products for building and renovation projects. You will also contribute to other operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the branch. This is a part-time position, typically requiring 3-4 days of work per week.

Your Responsibilities

A typical day involves:

• Delivering customer service and product information.
• Generating quotes, both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Executing pick-packing duties and managing stock control.
• Maintaining branch tidiness and safety standards.
• Conducting customer deliveries utilising a company vehicle.

What We're Looking For

We are interested in candidates who possess:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, with an aptitude for assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• The ability to pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and ensure the accuracy of provided information.
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
• A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
