About the Role Join the Fyshwick team as a Retail Assistant. You will support engineers, project managers, and tradespeople in accessing necessary products for essential services. Your role will also involve tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth branch operations.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and product information.
• Generate quotes, both in person and via phone.
• Perform pick-packing and stock control activities.
• Maintain branch tidiness and safety.
• Conduct occasional customer deliveries using a company vehicle.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid or Medium Rigid Licence.
• Have prior experience in Delivery Driving or Truck Driving and enjoy assisting customers.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided.
• Are proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems.
