About the Role As a member of the Trade Counter team in Mansfield, your responsibilities will include assisting landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople in obtaining the necessary products for their outdoor space projects. You will also undertake various tasks essential for the smooth operation of the branch.

Your Day-to-Day Activities A typical day will involve:

• Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Providing customer service and product information.
• Generating quotes, both in person and via telephone.
• Engaging in order picking, packing, and stock control.
• Assisting in maintaining the tidiness and safety of the branch.

We’d love to hear from you if you are someone who:

• Possesses prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, and enjoys assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence and is amenable to working varied shifts, including weekends.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure the accuracy of information provided.
• Is capable of using a computer and is willing to learn new systems.
• Aspires to develop their career, whether locally, within our broader network, or at head office.
