We are dedicated to introducing Australia to Japan's newest trends and distinctive products, fostering an enjoyable and inviting retail atmosphere for our patrons.

We are presently seeking energetic and customer-centric Retail Assistants to become part of our Melrose Park store team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide amiable and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and offer recommendations.
• Accurately process sales transactions utilizing the POS system.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves and displays are presented attractively.
• Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries.
• Support inventory counts and stock management duties.
• Uphold store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
• Maintain awareness of new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• A friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic disposition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The capacity to work effectively in a brisk retail setting.
• Keen attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Flexible availability is highly regarded.

• An interest in Japanese products, beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
• An interest in anime, Pokémon, collectibles, or Japanese pop culture.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Experience in visual merchandising or stock management.
