The Role: As a Nike Athlete, you are integral to our brand, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Your commitment, enthusiasm, and passion for sport will define the initial Nike experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities: In this dynamic setting, your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
• Managing stock levels and replenishment.
• Adhering to in-store visual merchandising standards.
• Supporting the store in achieving its Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements: We are seeking individuals who ideally possess:

• Prior experience in retail and/or customer service.
• A strong desire to deliver premium service.
• A genuine passion for the NIKE brand and sports.
• An inherent sense of urgency.
• An energetic disposition.

Availability: Due to the nature of our rotating schedule, candidates must be available to work every Tuesday and Wednesday, alternate weekends, and have full availability on either Monday or Friday.
