The Reject Shop, now part of global retail leader Dollarama, is undergoing a significant transformation slated for 2026, including store conversions and a revitalised customer experience. Our store teams are central to delivering everyday value to customers during this exciting period.

We are seeking Casual Team Members to augment our store teams and contribute to delivering excellent everyday value for our customers. You will be integral to daily store operations, fostering a positive team atmosphere and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and delivering friendly, helpful service.
• Operating registers and processing transactions.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Supporting daily store operations.
• Adhering to safety procedures and store processes.

What You Will Bring:

• A dependable and positive work attitude.
• A willingness to learn and follow directions.
• The capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
• The ability to remain on your feet for extended durations.
• The capability to lift and move stock weighing up to 16kg and use ladders safely.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and during peak trading times as dictated by store needs.

Retail experience is not a prerequisite, as training will be supplied.
