Seed is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join the Sydney Airport Cluster. This role is responsible for ensuring our high standards of merchandising presentation are consistently applied across our concept stores at Sydney Airport, specifically Virgin and Qantas Women and Child.

The Role:

• Apply, interpret, and implement in-store Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• In collaboration with the Store Management Team, identify and action merchandising opportunities to drive sales.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Assist the Windows Team with the installation of window and in-store Visual Merchandising concepts.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience within a fashion retail environment.
• Demonstrates excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
• Is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has a passion for merchandising and a keen eye for detail.
