About the Role:

• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with State Leadership to develop an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and key business performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and handle back-of-house administration.
• This is a permanent full-time position with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

What is sought:

• Experience supervising teams of 5-10 members in a fast-paced retail setting.
• A strong leader with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team towards success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to meet or exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs, and operate within budgets.
• An eye for detail, coupled with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to managing large stock volumes and stock control.
