We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Consultant to join our Member Engagement team, someone who is keen to surpass customer expectations. Your strong interpersonal skills will be key in proactively building and nurturing relationships with our members.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Commence in this customer service role with a fully paid and structured training program designed to enhance your skills in systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge.
- Become part of a supportive team environment where collaboration is valued.
- Play a crucial role in assisting individuals who value and appreciate our care, products, and services.
- Experience a role with significant variety, offering new challenges daily.
Role Details:
- This is a permanent part-time position.
- The role commences on Monday, 13th July.
- A 6-week fixed shift roster will apply, averaging 25 hours per week.
- A fully paid and supported training program will run for 7 weeks, Monday to Friday, on a full-time basis.

- Drive sales by focusing on member needs and delivering prompt, effective solutions using our product and service range.
- Champion personalised interactions by providing exceptional service experiences that align with our brand promise.

The Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate:
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Experience in customer service over the phone.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets and KPIs (highly regarded but not essential).
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to delivering positive member experiences.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
