Retail Merchandiser - Brand Influence Group

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. This is an ongoing casual role focused on operational excellence through precise task execution.

About the Role:

• Territory: Belgrave and surrounding areas.
• Work Type: Full-time.
• Location: Onsite in Belgrave.
• Hours: An average of 15 hours per week, based on business needs. There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours.
• Availability: Availability on Wednesday to Friday is essential. Flexibility for Monday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
• Negotiating promotional space.
• Executing planograms.
• Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Representing BIG and its clients positively and professionally.
• Safely performing the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Requirements:

• A driver's license and a car are essential.
• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy, or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• An ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.
