GAZMAN - The Austin Group is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join their friendly team in Brighton. This onsite, casual position offers competitive benefits and a culture that values its team members.

About the Role

GAZMAN is searching for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions. You will utilise your product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers in looking and feeling their best. Collaboration with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs is essential, alongside supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture. Maintaining the store's presentation through visual merchandising, stock processing, and general upkeep is also a key responsibility.

What We're Looking For

• More than 3 years of experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and its customers.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Great visual merchandising and styling ability.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends, approximately 10–12 hours per week, with flexibility for additional shifts.
• Flexibility to work increased hours as required, particularly during peak periods and to cover team member leave.
