About You:

You are a passionate and inspiring individual with a knack for connecting with people. You are ready to assist customers with integrity and care, making the customer our central focus. You will deliver exceptional customer service and be part of a friendly team, utilising disciplined retail processes and entrepreneurial sales skills. Enthusiasm for outdoor pursuits such as boating, fishing, camping, caravanning, and/or 4WD will enhance the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and product solutions.
• Undertake ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability.
• Unpack stock and maintain stock reserve standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a positive store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in providing a safe working environment for the team and customers.

Experience Required:

• High standards of customer service delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is favourable; on-the-job training is provided.
• An electronics enthusiast, whether a tinkerer, hobbyist, or simply tech-savvy.
