Jaycar Electronics Group is seeking a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Assistant for our Enoggera location.

About You:

You are a passionate and inspiring individual with a focus on people, ready to assist customers with integrity and care. The customer is central to your approach, and you will deliver extraordinary customer service as part of a friendly team that utilises disciplined retail processes and entrepreneurial sales skills. A spark for electronics, from tinkerer to hobbyist or simply tech-savvy, will enhance the customer experience with our products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and product solutions.
• Undertake ongoing merchandising to ensure product availability.
• Unpack stock and maintain stock reserve standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a positive store environment.
• Work cooperatively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in providing a safe working environment for the team and customers.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High standards of customer service delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is favourable; on-the-job training is provided.
• An electronics enthusiast is desired.
