Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions.
• Utilise product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising, stock processing, and upkeep.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused setting.
• A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and its customers.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and styling.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends, approximately 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility for additional shifts.
• Flexibility to work increased hours during peak periods and to cover team member leave.
