CABLE seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team in Hobart. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experiences through genuine and friendly interactions.
• Utilise product knowledge and styling expertise to assist customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support colleagues and foster a positive store atmosphere.
• Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising, stock processing, and general upkeep.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer-centric role.
• A genuine enthusiasm for our brand and customers.
• Proficient communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Aptitude for visual merchandising and styling.
• Availability on Mondays, two mid-week days, and Sundays (approximately 20–25 hours weekly).
• Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed, including during peak periods and to cover team member leave.
