Kaisercraft is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team across the Glenmore Park and Emu Plains locations.

The Opportunity As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the visual appeal of our stores to highlight our extensive product range. Your responsibilities may also include:

• Opening and closing the store.
• Supporting daily store operations.
• Utilising strong product knowledge to guide customer purchasing decisions.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries, and restocking shelves.
• Contributing to the execution of promotional and visual merchandising plans.
• Ensuring the store's presentation and organisation meet high standards.

About You We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• The ability to create memorable customer experiences and understand customer needs.
• Motivation and a passion for selling our products.
• Reliability, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative.
• Flexibility to work across seven days a week, including late nights and weekends.
• Availability for an average of 2-3 shifts per week, each lasting 3-5 hours. Opportunities to pick up additional hours may arise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and a Point of Sale (POS) system.
