GAZMAN is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to become part of our Mooloolaba team. We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering excellent service, fashion, and fostering genuine customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions.
• Utilise product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising, stock processing, and organisation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and its customers.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising and styling.
• Availability to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and rotating weekends (Saturdays or Sundays). This equates to approximately 12–18 hours per week, with flexibility for additional shifts.
• Flexibility to work increased hours as needed, particularly during peak periods and to cover team member leave.
