Role Overview As a member of our store team, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer experiences and supporting the continued success of our retail presence.

Your duties will encompass:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a genial and positive demeanour.
• Dispensing expert product insights and tailored suggestions.
• Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and processing transactions with precision.
• Undertaking merchandising and restocking to uphold a high visual standard.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
