Total Tools Wingfield is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant with a genuine passion for tools and trades. This role presents an opportunity to apply your existing skills and experience within a developing and varied business.

This position is suited to an individual who is motivated, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and prioritises customer service. You will interact with a range of team members and customers, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing sales transactions
• Providing product advice and information
• Addressing customer inquiries and offering solutions
• Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
• Processing and maintaining customer orders

Requirements:

• Previous retail and/or trade experience (e.g., retail experience or a tradesperson seeking a career change)
• Experience with, understanding of, and passion for tools
• Enthusiasm, high motivation, and strong teamwork capabilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Computer literacy is essential
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays
