Road Tech Marine is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for our Wagga Wagga location.

About the Role: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be a passionate and inspiring individual dedicated to assisting customers with integrity and care. Your focus will be on delivering extraordinary customer service within a friendly team environment, adhering to disciplined retail processes and utilising entrepreneurial sales skills. Enthusiasm for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, camping, caravanning, and/or 4WD will be beneficial in enhancing the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product solutions.
• Undertake ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability.
• Unpack stock and maintain stock reserve standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a positive store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for the team and customers.

Experience and Skills Required:

• High standards of customer service delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is favourable; on-the-job training is provided.
• An enthusiasm for electronics, whether as a tinkerer, hobbyist, or simply tech-savvy.
