We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Homebush DFO Store.

As a member of the New Balance team, you will be instrumental in delivering the New Balance experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional, personalised customer service to every customer, building genuine and meaningful relationships.
• Driving sales through consultative selling, understanding individual customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Confidently sharing product knowledge related to footwear and apparel.
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the brand's quality and heritage.
• Assisting with stock operations, including processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and organising the stockroom.
• A desire to challenge yourself to meet individual and company objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment (highly regarded).
• Confidence in consultative selling and providing detailed product knowledge.
• A polished and professional presentation with excellent communication skills.
• An appreciation for quality products, craftsmanship, and performance innovation.
• An energetic and positive can-do attitude.
• A keen interest in retail, fashion, and sporting trends.
