The Role:

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers entering our showroom, guiding them through their home or renovation projects. You will offer expert advice and tailored product solutions to assist customers, including builders, renovators, and homeowners, in making confident purchasing decisions. This role involves customer engagement, consultative selling, and maintaining showroom excellence.

Key responsibilities include assisting with customer enquiries, accurately processing sales and orders, following up on quotes and opportunities, and contributing to the upkeep of an inspiring showroom environment.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or a comparable customer-focused role.

• Strong skills in relationship building and influencing.
• A mature, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and administrative task management.
• The physical capacity to safely lift and move products up to 25kg.
